Affordable clean renovated room, $61 for the night. Fridge, TV, Microwave, Carpeted floor, tile in the bathroom, decent interior paint job, white sheets, no stains to be noticed. Front desk receptionist was friendly. 5/5 stars, can’t beat the price

Great place to stay. Newly renovated and now has a hot breakfast . We had scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff was very helpful with directions to where we needed to go. Great place for the price we paid for sure. Thank you Baymont we will definitely be back.

The price for the quality of the room was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. The water pressure was very good. We came to Davenport for a track meet at St. Ambrose University. My son pole vaults and the manager on duty Dec 13th was very kind to allow us to bring the poles inside to put in his office. I would definitely stay here again if ever traveling back through the area.

Stayed here this past weekend, and the kind man at the front desk asked for a review, so here is an honest one. Location is sort of out of the way. It's at the end of a long road that takes a weird turn to get on, but it's not hard to find and by no means "sketchy". The interior and room renovations are nice, with new wall TVs, and the paint is pleasant. The only setbacks are the difficulty in accessing TV services (ask the front desk), breakfast was OK (only one person was working it), Side doors are always locked, and AC will always stay on unless you turn it off yourself or if it's already off. But none of these were detrimental to the stay. The folks working here are kind and will do what they can with their resources. Be aware that the workers service both hotels, Days Inn & Baymont, while amid renovations (Pool & hot tub, 5/12/25). If you're passing through, you can't go wrong with this hotel if you're not a stickler for amenities.

The price was the best out there! The location was extremely quiet & private n secluded but next to a Cracker Barrel. The staff was 2nd to none! Shawn is the nicest, most considerate n thoughtful! Dorothy is a sweetheart! Michelle is very nice! The establishment is very clean & you can't beat the price! All rooms have new mattresses! Highly recommended!!

This property has clearly undergone recent renovations, and the updates look great. The staff was absolutely amazing—Michelle, in particular, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us. I also loved the location; since it's tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, there was zero traffic noise. Highly recommended!

Patel ans Michelle are awesome workers! Helped me get connected to the TV since Direct TV doesn't have FOX in the Davenport, IA area. Very kind individuals too. This hotel is lucky to have him as an employee.

Best value around! I've stayed here several times for business travel and it's one of the cheapest I've stayed at, yet is clean, has friendly staff, convenient location next to I-80, and has eggs and sausage available for breakfast.
